Tom has been an umpire for 37 years in Syracuse. During those years Tom has been responsible for laying the groundwork behind the accomplishments of the Syracuse umpires. He has held numerous offices for many years and has given back more than ne has received! He has always treated the game as the most important part of umpiring.
Tom was the premier umpire in Syracuse for many years. For many years he was also a premiere basketball referee. Over the years he has worked uncounted playoffs and sectional games. He has been to two NYS Baseball Tournaments. Tom has proudly worked modified baseball games to varsity games to college games. Perhaps the single game highlight was working the dish for the 1984 touring Olympic team!
